The Millennium Centre houses a number of vital services accessible to the local community, provided by statutory organisations such as the NHS and St Helens Council.
NHS Urgent Treatment Centre
No appointment is necessary and the service is open 365 days a year. The centre provides health advice and treatments for minor injuries and illnesses, x-ray facilities. On the FIRST FLOOR is the Teenage Action Zone (TAZ), providing sexual health advice and emergency contraception.

Millennium Centre Pharmacy
An on-site pharmacy is able to dispense any prescription (not just from the NHS Urgent Treatment Centre), and is open seven days a week. Free collection, delivery and management of prescription is also available.

Visual Impairment Resource Centre
Situated on the first floor of the Millennium Centre, the service aims to help visually impaired people remain as independent as possible by offering equipment, advice, training and signposting to other services.

The Citizens Advice St Helens service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
