The Millennium Centre has capacity to offer organisations a central permanent office location in St Helens. These office suites have been occupied by a variety of charitable and private sector organisations, and are currently home to:

There is an intercom at the door with the room numbers visible for you to select from.
All office suites in Millennium House offer:
- accessibility from 7am to 9pm weekdays and at weekends
- kitchen and toilet facilities
- lift and wheelchair access
- secure access to building and coded door lock
- wireless broadband
- telephone connections
- intercom connection to street level
- a central location with a postal address and mail handling
- reception services and a service charge that includes: rent, insurance, maintenance, heating and lighting, water, refuse collection, cleaning, security and administration costs
- negotiable terms of occupancy
