Looking for meeting room or conferencing facilities in St Helens?

Searching for a location to hold a meeting room or conference in St Helens? Look no further than in the Millennium Centre – at the heart and soul of St Helens.

We were established to support local charities and voluntary groups who operate in the borough, and so we provide our facilities to these organisations free of charge. However, over our eleven year history we have had a large number of private organisations using our facilities for meetings, conferences and training. These organisations often choose the Millennium Centre due to its central location and very competitive prices.

Please click here to view our brochure of conferencing and meeting room facilities available, and to book a room or to enquire about availability please contact the reception desk on 01744 675 131 or e-mail contact@tmcsh.org.uk.

Serviced office suite now available

Update (September 2011): Unfortunately this office space suite has now been taken.

Original article:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to occupy a first-floor office suite in the heart of St Helens within Millennium House, a stone’s throw away from the town’s central bus and train stations. A medium sized (338ft2/103m2) suite is available, consisting of a main reception room and two adjoining rooms, in total capable of holding up to eight people at separate workstations.

The F1 suite has previously been home to small charitable and private sector organisations in St Helens, with its centralised location making it ideal for commuting into work via train/bus and allowing very easy access for clients, customers or patients. As the office is based within the Millennium Centre complex, it is also a great opportunity to network with other health, social care and wellbeing orientated charities and organisations that are based within the complex or use the meeting room facilities.

The price to use the office suite is £525pcm (no VAT to pay) and covers: rent, insurance, maintenance, heating and lighting, water, refuse collection, cleaning, security and all on-going administration costs. Flexible terms of occupancy can also be negotiated.

To see further details and pictures of the office suite please click here for a copy of the brochure, or alternatively you can click here to visit our YouTube channel to see a walk-through video.

For further information about the office suite, to register your interest or to have a guided tour of the premises please contact Alan Darlington (Operations Manager) on 01744 675135 or e-mail alan@tmcsh.org.uk.

New website launch

Welcome to the new-look Millennium Centre website, including our new corporate logo. Thanks to help from local design agency Cultivate Creative, we have redesigned our website to be clearer, more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate.

Our new logo uses the three arches – this represents the three storeys of the Millennium Centre building, plus it also indicates that we act as an umbrella charity, with smaller charities and voluntary groups using our facilities and with us all working towards the same goal of supporting the local community.

We have also chosen the strap-line ‘the heart & soul of St Helens’ due to the location of the Millennium Centre, being adjacent to the town’s bus and train stations for easy access, and also due to the high proportion of St Helens residents who use the building for a variety of different purposes. To find out more about what facilities are available at the Millennium Centre have a look at the ‘facilities’ link towards the top of the page.

We would love to hear what you think about our new website and there are various ways to get in touch with us – please contact us via the form on the right, follow us on twitter or check out our facebook page.
