Office Space

The Millennium Centre has capacity to offer organisations a central permanent office location in St Helens. These office suites have been occupied by a variety of charitable and private sector organisations, and are currently home to:

  • Millenium Centre Management
  • RASASC
  • Third Sector Consortium

All office suites in Millennium House offer:

  • accessibility from 7am to 9pm weekdays and at weekends
  • kitchen and toilet facilities
  • lift and wheelchair access
  • secure access to building and coded door lock
  • wireless broadband
  • telephone connections
  • intercom connection to street level
  • a central location with a postal address and mail handling
  • reception service
  • a service charge that includes: rent, insurance, maintenance, heating and lighting, water, refuse collection, cleaning, security and administration costs
  • negotiable terms of occupancy
